Owns the technical sales process for SMB and midmarket cybersecurity accounts, leading discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, RFP responses, and technical closes. Partners with account teams, channel partners, delivery, customer success, and marketing to align solutions with customer outcomes. Requires customer-facing technical experience, cybersecurity knowledge, SaaS and cloud security familiarity, strong communication and commercial judgment, sales methodology exposure, and willingness to travel.

Own and execute reseller channel strategy for an assigned territory. Segment and prioritize partners, build joint business plans, recruit and onboard partners, and drive partner-sourced pipeline, ARR, renewals, and KPIs. Coordinate go-to-market motions with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support; run scalable enablement, QBRs, and partner events; monitor channel performance and report insights to leadership while advocating Mimecast's cybersecurity SaaS solutions.
