Lead clinic sales efforts by performing one-on-one consultations, achieving sales KPIs, managing appointments and transactions, supporting operations in manager absence, and maintaining client records and service standards.

Lead a clinic sales team to convert qualified leads, close consultative sales, and drive revenue. Coach and manage 2–5 employees, analyze sales KPIs, deliver client consultations, promote treatment packages, secure reviews/referrals, and ensure excellent customer experiences while using clinic systems to track performance and scheduling.
