Executes enterprise workload migrations from VMware, Hyper-V, and other platforms; manages clusters, storage, networking, replication, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability. Performs readiness assessments, migration cutovers, validation, stabilization, documentation, performance tuning, and knowledge transfer while collaborating with architects, application owners, and infrastructure teams.

Leads the architecture and execution of large-scale enterprise migrations to Nutanix HCI. Assesses existing infrastructure, designs target environments, develops migration strategies, and guides engineering teams through deployment, testing, cutover, and stabilization. Responsibilities include cluster architecture, capacity planning, virtualization migration, disaster recovery, backup, performance optimization, risk mitigation, technical documentation, and client-facing design reviews. Serves as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, storage, networking, and virtualization issues.

Deploys and configures standardized Ignition SCADA environments across industrial sites. Connects SCADA systems to PLCs, controllers, field devices, databases, historians, and OT networks; configures tags, alarms, communications, and templates; troubleshoots connectivity issues; performs testing, commissioning, and production-readiness validation; documents site configurations and supports global rollout improvements in coordination with OT, controls, network, and architecture teams.

Leads enterprise-scale Ignition SCADA architecture across multiple industrial sites. Defines reference architectures, deployment templates, integrations, networking and security standards, high availability, commissioning, and production-readiness practices. Assesses plant environments, integrates PLCs and industrial protocols, resolves complex technical issues, oversees deployment teams, documents standards, mentors engineers, and develops the long-term OT/SCADA technology roadmap.

Develops IT services opportunities from customer discovery through contracting and delivery handoff. Translates technical and business requirements into scopes, Statements of Work, proposals, estimates, pricing, resource models, and delivery plans. Coordinates with sales, architects, engineers, partners, vendors, and delivery teams to validate solutions, identify risks, manage commercial approvals, and ensure engagements are executable and profitable.

Deploys and configures standardized Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA environments across industrial sites. Responsibilities include site-specific configuration, PLC and equipment connectivity, tag and alarm setup, communications troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, documentation, and production readiness. The engineer collaborates with controls, OT, network, and architecture teams while adapting standardized templates and gold-image configurations to individual facilities.

Develops IT services opportunities from customer discovery through pricing, Statements of Work, commercial approval, and delivery handoff. The role gathers requirements, defines scopes and assumptions, creates proposals and estimates, coordinates technical and partner validation, assesses risks, supports customer negotiations, and improves pre-sales processes. It focuses on services solution development rather than account ownership or project delivery.

Investigate connectivity issues between BeyondTrust EPM and Resideo/Honeywell Compass across Windows endpoints. Assess EPM policies, application controls, permissions, services, registry settings, dependencies, networking, security tools, and logs to isolate root cause. Compare functioning and affected workstations, perform controlled policy testing, coordinate with vendors, implement approved remediations, and document findings, configurations, and best practices.

Analyze event data, application rules, services, dependencies, and network behavior; modify policies and rules as needed; validate least-privilege controls; document findings; and provide client knowledge transfer.
