Support secure, mission-critical federal platforms by designing and operating CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads (Kubernetes), secure artifact management, cloud (AWS) deployments, observability, and access controls. Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and government stakeholders to enable secure experimentation, automation, and scale from IL2 to IL4+ environments.

Support USCIS IT system delivery by building and operationalizing data pipelines and Python-native ML pipelines in cloud environments, perform data engineering, ETL, data labeling/prep, analytics, and advise on security architecture for identity management systems.

Provide architecture and security advisement for identity management, support large-scale big data enterprise deployments in IL6 classified environments, and lead automation across data, AI/ML, infrastructure, and security while engaging with senior federal executives.
