Business Operations Manager responsible for improving company operating rhythms, planning, reporting, cross-functional coordination, decision support, and internal processes. The role partners with leadership to translate goals into execution plans, improve visibility and accountability, identify operational bottlenecks, and use AI and automation to increase productivity across commercial, product, infrastructure, finance, and recruiting functions.

Own GPU infrastructure placement, deployment, logistics, asset tracking, warranty and RMA processes across data center sites. Coordinate procurement, facilities, networking, storage, platform, vendors, and solutions engineering. Build a trusted fleet system of record, capacity forecasts, reporting, and automation that improves utilization and deployment speed while providing accurate customer-commitment visibility.

Supports technical sales for a GPU cloud platform serving AI and high-performance computing workloads. Translates customer requirements into deployable architectures, leads technical validation, reduces implementation risk, creates demos and reusable sales assets, supports onboarding and expansion, and channels customer feedback into product and engineering improvements. The role also builds scalable solutions-engineering processes, documentation, playbooks, and workflows.

Own and improve monetization operations across pricing, packaging, usage metering, billing, collections, and revenue reporting. Build controls, dashboards, workflows, and investigations to prevent revenue leakage, improve billing accuracy, and support pricing decisions. Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, finance, and customer teams to strengthen quote-to-cash processes, automate workflows, resolve root causes, and establish scalable operating rigor for a growing GPU cloud business.

Build Massed Compute’s commercial engine from the ground up by personally selling complex AI infrastructure, identifying repeatable customer segments and sales motions, establishing forecasting and CRM systems, winning lighthouse customers, generating demand, shaping market positioning, and recruiting the initial GTM team. The role also translates customer and pipeline insights into product, pricing, capacity, and investment decisions.
