Leads Marriott’s enterprise Identity Governance and Administration strategy, governance, modernization, operations, and service delivery. Owns the IGA portfolio, roadmap, operating model, RBAC program, access certifications, application onboarding, lifecycle management, audit readiness, and governance for workforce, machine, and AI identities. Directs global internal teams, offshore resources, vendors, and implementation partners while managing risk, compliance, funding, performance, and transformation dependencies across identity platforms and related services.

Leads full-lifecycle contract management for complex, high-volume procurement transactions. Negotiates commercial and legal terms, manages supplier performance, mitigates risk, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, resolves contractual issues, and drives savings and service improvements. Partners with Finance, Legal, Risk Management, business leaders, and suppliers while leading cross-functional contracting initiatives and supporting audits.

Designs and leads infrastructure platform engineering capabilities, including internal APIs, Terraform infrastructure as code, OPA policy automation, GitOps workflows, and cloud orchestration. Establishes architecture standards, governance guardrails, golden paths, reliability practices, testing, observability, and CI/CD requirements. Drives platform adoption, documentation, cross-team alignment, technical roadmaps, and engineering mentorship while translating security, compliance, and operational needs into scalable self-service infrastructure abstractions.
