Lead national and network agency relationships to drive premium growth and retention. Analyze account performance and market intelligence to identify opportunities, execute growth initiatives, mentor team members, and represent the firm at industry events. Regular travel required to support partner engagement and business development.

Support and grow relationships with lower-premium agencies to increase small commercial premium production. Make outbound production calls, hold virtual meetings, visit agencies quarterly, onboard and train agents, prepare reports, and collaborate with regional business development and underwriting teams to meet production targets.

Lead a national team of Associate Business Development Specialists to drive Small Commercial growth, agency engagement, and standardized ABDS execution. Build production plans and budgets, recruit and develop staff (4–8 people), analyze KPIs, resolve escalations, partner with underwriting/product/distribution, and represent the company at industry events. Drive adoption of best practices and support cross-functional alignment to meet business development objectives and production targets.

Draft and develop insurance policy forms and endorsements for new or revised coverages, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare filing documentation, support stakeholders, mentor peers, and participate in special projects to maintain competitive, clear, and supportable policy language.

The Product Development Specialist develops insurance forms, ensures compliance with regulations, mentors staff, and manages documentation for filings.
