The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, integrate, secure, and support complex Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, Data, and Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities include configuring Service Cloud, building Apex and Lightning solutions, developing integrations with enterprise systems, optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, managing sandboxes, documenting implementations, and supporting stakeholders. The role also provides technical leadership, defines solution approaches, and identifies opportunities for Salesforce-based AI and workflow improvements.

Coordinate provider onboarding and clearance for a 900+ provider network, including Leidos relations, communications, Zendesk support, issue resolution, stipend payments, attrition tracking, reporting, data reconciliation, and workflow documentation. The contractor will maintain accurate pipeline records, support provider activation and training, develop self-service resources, and operate autonomously across multiple unintegrated systems.
