Translate market and customer needs into prioritized requirements, drive cross-functional execution, engage customers and partners, validate product direction, and ensure deployable ecosystem and adoption in safety-critical industries.

Lead design and ownership of an Azure-based production AI platform: integrate and standardize LLM tooling (orchestration, observability, prompt/versioning), build secure backend and CI/CD IaC pipelines, harden production operations, enable auditable regulated workflows, and mentor engineers to ensure reliable, traceable AI-assisted certification workflows.

Manage and administer the companys export compliance program (EAR, ITAR), third-party risk, CUI policies, and support government contracting (FAR/DFARS). Review solicitations and contracts, enter and verify contract data, drive cross-functional compliance, oversee external advisors, and deliver training and reporting to ensure regulatory alignment.

The role involves leading the architecture and implementation of hypervisor features, mentoring engineers, and driving technical vision for Lynx's Mosaic platform.

Serve as an embedded Linux expert on customer projects: design and refactor real-time architectures, develop Linux kernel drivers, debug low-level hardware/software issues, optimize kernel performance, collaborate with customers and internal teams, lead technical efforts, produce high-quality deliverables, and create technical proposals to support product lifecycle and certification.

Design, implement, test, and document network protocol stacks and services for LynxOS-178 and other RTOS/Linux kernel environments. Optimize network performance, troubleshoot low-level network and software issues, develop BSD/POSIX sockets applications, collaborate cross-functionally, and support certification data generation and review.
