Own the full sales cycle for multifamily and HOA communities, from lead generation and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and handoff. Build relationships with property stakeholders, negotiate access and bulk service agreements, forecast pipeline activity, collaborate on implementation, and provide market insights. The role requires consultative B2B sales expertise, property-management knowledge, Salesforce proficiency, and regional travel.

Leads Business, Enterprise, and MDU Sales Support teams and Service Delivery Call Center operations.
