Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with strategic and performance goals.

Develop and maintain responsive full-stack web applications, including front-end interfaces, back-end services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and database solutions. Collaborate with product managers and designers, participate throughout the software development lifecycle, optimize application performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and ensure mobile and cross-platform compatibility.

Serve as the primary contact for policyholders through phone, email, and live chat. Resolve coverage, billing, and claims inquiries; process policy updates and cancellations; document interactions in CRM software; collaborate with claims and underwriting teams; and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. The role requires clear communication, empathy, problem-solving, multitasking, product knowledge, and potential insurance licensing.
