Leads Benefit Determination Unit operations and utilization management activities, ensuring timely, accurate, compliant benefit determinations. The IT Business Analyst gathers and translates business requirements into technical solutions, partners with stakeholders and product owners, manages backlogs and roadmaps, and supports project delivery. The role creates requirements and UAT documentation, tracks software development, coordinates production issue resolution, and administers Genesys Cloud contact center capabilities including routing, IVR, queues, reporting, dialers, and workflows. It also identifies process improvements and serves as a subject matter expert across supported products and programs.

Outbound-focused role contacting insured members to schedule annual wellness/benefit exams using a progressive dialer. Build member relationships, coordinate and confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, manage high-volume multi-channel communications, and accurately document interactions and outcomes to support primary care teams.
