Support Advisor Success Management by owning complex operational issues, escalations, and exception management. Coordinate cross-functional resolution, analyze data to identify process improvements, create training and documentation, and deliver actionable insights to improve advisor efficiency and client experience.

Serve as a business consultant to financial advisors: assess practices, collect and analyze data, recommend and implement improvements, develop business plans, run regional meetings and study groups, and act as a central advisor contact to increase advisor profitability and efficiency.

Provide investment advice and account service to mass-affluent clients via inbound/outbound calls. Execute transactions, prepare reports, identify sales and retention opportunities, resolve client issues, and support internal teams in a call-center environment.

Serve as a relationship manager and strategic consultant to bank and credit union wealth programs. Support growth initiatives, advisor recruiting and retention, performance analysis, implementation of strategic and technology initiatives, and promote risk/compliance to drive program profitability and client outcomes.
