Partners cross-functionally with HR, People Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to improve workforce effectiveness, engagement, retention, and talent readiness.

Build functional AI prototypes and MVPs using low-code platforms such as Copilot Studio and Power Platform. Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and workflows; partner with engineering to scale validated concepts into production. Roll out AI productivity tools, support go-to-market and customer success workflows, measure adoption and impact, and apply AI security, privacy, governance, and compliance principles while coordinating with product, architecture, legal, and security stakeholders.

Leads complex, cross-functional value creation and strategic programs from strategy through execution. Responsibilities include enterprise systems transformation, business application modernization, process redesign, M&A integration support, program governance, roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, risk management, executive reporting, and PMO capability development. The role partners with senior business and technology leaders to improve operational performance, enable scalable processes, and deliver measurable enterprise value.

Own long-term strategy and outcomes for major product or platform areas. Set vision, roadmap, and success metrics; translate customer and market insights into prioritized initiatives; lead complex cross-team initiatives from discovery to adoption; partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and execs; define requirements and measure business impact.
