Manage evaluation, negotiation, execution and lifecycle of critical sub-contracts with strategic suppliers. Oversee supplier performance, change control, compliance, risk mitigation, and integration with program schedules and quality requirements to support aerospace hardware production and testing.

Lead the architecture of Loft's offering across ground, space, software, and hardware. Define capability allocation, interfaces, and requirements; shape ground tools and customer integration; coordinate cross-functional teams; produce CONOPS/ICDs and architecture notes; ensure scalable, reusable solutions and guide cross-cutting technical decisions.

Lead brand design across digital and physical touchpoints, owning projects end-to-end. Evolve and apply Loft's brand system, produce assets for marketing, motion, video, web, events, and print, manage stakeholders and vendors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality creative work.

Serve as the technical lead for one or more small-satellite missions, coordinating payload integration, test, CONOPS and AIT, supporting program/product management, launch and in‑orbit activities, and interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure mission delivery.

Develop and maintain mission-specific ground software, configure and extend Loft's Cockpit for customers, implement features for physical and virtual missions, troubleshoot integrations and live mission issues, and participate in satellite operations and commissioning.

Lead ADCS performance, define guidance and attitude control requirements, develop and validate guidance algorithms, coordinate with bus suppliers, support customers and on-orbit operations, diagnose and resolve ADCS anomalies, and build common guidance services across multiple spacecraft platforms.

Lead end-to-end execution of complex satellite programs from award through on-orbit delivery. Own program baseline, build and manage level 4-5 IMS, control cost/risk/ETC/EAC, run program reviews, manage suppliers and cross-functional teams, administer contracts and change control, and serve as primary customer execution interface.

Manage full sales lifecycle for Loft's space mission services across the Americas: generate and qualify leads, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and support accounts during program execution. Collaborate with sales engineering, product, and engineering teams to craft mission solutions for commercial and institutional customers.

Lead mechanical engineer responsible for spacecraft structural and thermal analysis, CAD modeling and drawings, test planning and oversight, AIT support, supplier/customer mechanical interface management, and delivering analysis, verification, and documentation to spaceflight standards.

Build and refine Cockpit, Loft's satellite operations web app: develop and maintain SPAs, integrate with GraphQL backends, collaborate on UI/UX, write unit and integration tests, support internal teams, and participate in satellite operations.

Lead system-level validation for spacecraft platforms, focusing on software-test infrastructure integration. Guide V&V planning, remove blockers, mentor test engineers, improve HIL/SIL environments, and drive scalable, automated validation and release gates across cross-functional teams.

Build and maintain Python backend microservices powering satellite operations, handling commands and telemetry, designing APIs, collaborating with flight and embedded teams, supporting operators, and participating in SatDevOps rotations to debug live missions.

Define and own integrated system design for the Hub across ground, space, software, and hardware. Translate concepts into technical specifications, manage requirements, ICDs, CONOPS, trade studies, and design reviews. Drive verification, validation, and modular integration; partner with hardware, software, and product teams to ensure clean interfaces and product-quality through development into operations.

Lead ground segment architecture and connectivity for Loft's satellite fleet. Own contact allocation, ISL and ground station configuration, network alerting, RF licensing, vendor coordination, commissioning support, and on-call/Flight Director duties. Collaborate with infrastructure, deployment, mission, and regulatory teams to optimize technical and financial ground operations.

Build and operate end-to-end backend services and web frontends for a centralized mission operations platform. Design APIs and integrations, implement performant accessible UIs, partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate mission and business processes into reliable software, and own features from design through production while reducing operational complexity.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and data pipelines that ingest, process, track, and deliver satellite payload data. Improve APIs, observability, and reliability; collaborate with mission, operations, and infrastructure teams; support incident response and SatDevOps rotations to operate spacecraft and troubleshoot data anomalies.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of scalable, secure hybrid-cloud infrastructure for satellite ground systems. Improve developer experience, automate CI/CD and IaC, own observability, troubleshoot reliability issues, and collaborate with developers and satellite operators to advance SatDevOps practices.
