Provide internal IT support for a Microsoft-based environment, including help desk assistance, Microsoft 365 administration, account and access management, onboarding and offboarding, device preparation, endpoint configuration, asset tracking, security practices, and vendor coordination. Create documentation and improve IT processes while ensuring timely ticket resolution, accurate licensing, and same-day access removal for departing employees.

Own revenue operations systems, controls, reporting, and cross-functional workflows connecting contracts, pricing, staffing, Salesforce, billing, onboarding, and support. Maintain commercial and delivery alignment, surface scope and resource variances, oversee client launches, report operational performance, manage Zendesk support operations, and coordinate vendor performance and capacity planning. The role requires strong documentation, data governance, reporting accuracy, and influence across teams without direct authority.

Own the organic roadmap and performance outcomes for enterprise client engagements. Lead SEO prioritization, AI visibility as a KPI, authority vendor strategy, content direction, and quality standards. Serve as the client-facing leader for organic performance and manage work produced by AI and external vendors. Success is measured by retained engagement revenue, organic performance against targets, and AI visibility across assigned brands.
