Manages client implementations from kickoff through launch and operational handoff. Builds project plans, controls scope and changes, tracks risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, and facilitates governance and stakeholder decisions. Coordinates requirements, resources, testing, launch readiness, approvals, and post-launch transition across client and internal teams. Maintains PMO documentation and drives cross-functional alignment among Account Management, Product, Engineering, Data, Support, Sales, and Operations.
