Administers and optimizes a federal learning management system, managing platform operations, content, user experience, troubleshooting, reporting, accessibility, and course delivery. Develops training materials, guides, and learning programs; trains users; monitors system performance; coordinates vendors and government stakeholders; and recommends strategic learning technology improvements. Requires five years of LMS administration experience, a relevant master’s degree, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Provides professional reference, research, information retrieval, and library services for a federal corrections-focused library. Responsibilities include conducting research, assisting users, maintaining physical and digital collections, supporting electronic lending, monitoring corrections and legal literature, editing Drupal and HTML web content, delivering presentations, remediating documents for Section 508 compliance, and assisting with cataloging, inventory, lending, and shipping.
