Leads discovery, authors technical epics and user stories, validates AI-generated requirements, investigates systems via code/DB/API, maintains domain knowledge for AI agents, runs Agile ceremonies, and accepts story delivery through code and acceptance verification.

Owns strategic national law-firm partnerships, driving revenue growth, retention, and operational excellence. Builds executive relationships, monitors account performance via data/Power BI, leads cross-functional remediation and scalable process improvements, and travels regularly to ensure consistent multi-state execution and client satisfaction.

The Strategy Analyst will provide financial analysis, lead internal reports, and recommend strategies for business growth, focusing on leveraging data.

Make outbound calls to generate new business, build and manage relationships with attorneys and law firms in an assigned territory, cross-sell company services, handle attorney inquiries, and support Regional Directors with day-to-day sales activities and coverage.
