Leads and scales Legion’s Sales Development organization, owning enterprise pipeline strategy, SDR performance, recruiting, coaching, outbound playbooks, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Enablement. The role focuses on generating qualified enterprise opportunities, improving funnel conversion, strengthening account coverage, and establishing reliable processes, dashboards, and CRM adoption.

The Chief Architect will lead the technical direction for Legion's Workforce Management platform, focusing on architecture decisions, AI systems, and scalable software solutions. Responsibilities include hands-on coding, technical leadership, and ensuring systems meet enterprise standards for performance and security.

Drive enterprise revenue by sourcing and closing large SaaS deals, developing account-level strategies, building executive pipelines, leading deals through the full sales lifecycle, creating ROI-focused business cases, and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce CRM.

Hunts and closes net-new enterprise accounts in a named North American territory. Develops GTM and account strategies, builds executive relationships, manages full sales cycle, crafts ROI/business justification, collaborates cross-functionally, and maintains pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce to exceed revenue targets.

Provide broad corporate legal support: draft, review, and negotiate commercial and SaaS agreements; advise cross-functional teams on compliance; develop policies; conduct legal research; coordinate with outside counsel; assist with corporate governance, entity matters, and special projects to mitigate risk and support business objectives.
