Own a market segment in Denver: manage reservations across direct and OTA channels, oversee member experience and escalations, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance partners, drive market KPIs (NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, growth), onboard and launch new properties, and report performance to the Hub Manager.

Act as a temporary market owner covering General Manager leave: manage member experience, property and vendor relationships, maintenance escalations, unit quality, KPIs, market growth, VIP bookings, and handoffs. Requires rapid deployment, ~80% travel, and extended availability during assignments.

Own a market segment of properties: manage reservations across direct and OTA channels, lead member experience and escalations, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance partners, track market KPIs (NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality), onboard and launch new properties, and report performance to the Hub Manager.

Own and improve dbt models, ELT pipelines, and warehouse architecture (Snowflake or equivalent) to deliver reliable executive KPIs and metric governance. Build data spine for Finance/Operations, enforce data quality/testing, partner cross-functionally with Engineering, FP&A, and Accounting, and influence analytics engineering standards, tooling, and roadmap.
