Forward Deployed Engineer serving as the technical bridge between engineering teams and end users. Owns system development, integration, fielding, troubleshooting, optimization, and operational delivery in high-pressure environments. Translates mission and business requirements into project plans, coordinates resources, supports testing, and drives rapid hardware and software iteration. Requires systems or software engineering experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, or technical deployment, plus U.S. citizenship and security-clearance eligibility.

Own mechanical product development from concept and CAD through prototyping, qualification, and production transfer. Design rugged, safety-critical assemblies; define mechanical safety architecture; specify materials, tolerances, finishes, and fasteners; build prototypes; create manufacturing packages; execute environmental and mechanical qualification testing; and manage BOM, weight, and center-of-gravity budgets while collaborating with hardware and software engineers.

Own end-to-end firmware for safety-critical ARM Cortex-M systems, including drivers, state machines, communication protocols, hardware bring-up, qualification, testing, and programming flows. Build host-testable simulation layers and define firmware safety cases. Collaborate closely with hardware and mechanical engineers through environmental testing and board iterations. Rust, C, and C++ embedded experience are accepted, with emphasis on bare-metal systems, peripheral debugging, testability, and safety-relevant development.

Lead mechanical engineering for Kinetics, CUAS, and future product lines. Own mechanical design from concept through domestic rate production, establish standards and toolchains, support qualification and safety approvals, drive design for manufacture, and build the US mechanical engineering organization through recruiting and technical leadership. Collaborate closely with Israel engineering and US manufacturing teams to mitigate risks and accelerate hardware development.

Own complex technical programs spanning hardware, software, systems engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and customer delivery. Develop integrated plans, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, lead system integration and testing, support production readiness, and deliver technical, contractual, and customer documentation. Translate objectives into execution plans, facilitate decisions, communicate status, and drive programs from requirements through qualification, production, and field delivery.

Own system-level architecture, requirements, interfaces, integration, verification, validation, risk management, and technical coordination across hardware, software, and mechanical subsystems for safety-critical, field-deployed systems.

Build and own production software systems spanning embedded systems, real-time control, cloud services, and data pipelines. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, testing, reliability engineering, observability, incident response, technical design reviews, cross-functional hardware collaboration, hiring, and mentoring. The role requires strong systems fundamentals, distributed systems experience, debugging ability, and proficiency in at least one major programming language.
