The role requires broad full-stack expertise across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, databases, application security, CI/CD, and modern web technologies.

Provides broad in-house legal support across employment matters, litigation, disputes, commercial procurement, and SaaS, partnership, licensing, and services contracts. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, prospecting, building executive relationships, managing the full sales cycle, conducting presentations and negotiations, forecasting pipeline, exceeding quotas, and collaborating with legal, sales operations, marketing, product, and customer success teams. The role requires enterprise SaaS sales experience, cybersecurity and PAM expertise, C-level relationships, CRM proficiency, and up to 50% travel.

Drives execution of Privileged Access Management roadmap initiatives from planning through release. Coordinates Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and customer-facing teams; manages dependencies, risks, blockers, release readiness, customer escalations, metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder communications. Improves technical program processes and uses AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Design and execute integration and security-focused test plans for PAM and Keeper Secrets Manager. Validate integrations across cloud providers, IAM, CI/CD, and OS/databases; perform reliability and security testing; analyze logs and defects; contribute to automation and collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure reliability and compliance.

Lead and scale enterprise account management to drive retention, renewals, expansion, upsell and net revenue retention. Build high-performing teams, own forecasting and renewal processes, manage strategic enterprise relationships, collaborate cross-functionally to increase product adoption and customer health, and represent Keeper in executive customer engagements and industry events.

Drive new business within assigned geography/vertical through cold outreach and full sales-cycle management. Meet quotas, build pipeline, demo products, use Salesforce to track activity, and facilitate proposal reviews while acting as a Keeper product expert.

Design, build, and maintain automated API and security test frameworks. Validate authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and error handling. Conduct fuzzing, token validation, access control testing, and integrate tests into CI/CD. Analyze failures, test integrations, ensure API contract adherence, and mentor automation engineers to improve coverage and reliability.

Lead Datadog-first security observability and detection engineering: design, scale and tune Datadog Cloud SIEM, log pipelines, detection rules and telemetry.
