Own the full sales cycle for the Dallas territory, including prospecting, pipeline management, market research, relationship development, product presentations, contract negotiation, and closing. Build relationships with small-business prospects, meet quotas, generate new business, represent Justworks, and provide customer insights to internal teams. The role includes 25% local travel for networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Own the full sales cycle in the Austin territory, including prospecting, market research, pipeline management, relationship development, contract negotiation, and closing. The Account Executive will build a small-business customer base, meet sales quotas, network locally, communicate product value, advocate for prospects, and travel within the territory for client meetings and events.

Manages projects for 401(k) MEP and benefits billing, including audits, nondiscrimination testing, onboarding, reconciliation, automation, documentation, compliance, and customer communications. Partners with retirement, billing, finance, product, engineering, audit, fiduciary, government, and employer stakeholders. Analyzes operational and financial benefits data, identifies risks and process inefficiencies, and implements strategies to improve compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
