Lead and grow a team of Conversation Designers to build and scale conversational AI experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and ML teams to drive strategy, tooling, evaluation, and quality practices. Design and optimize German-language chatbot flows and conversation copy, analyze transcripts and performance, apply LLM/NLP tools and prompt engineering, conduct QA and localization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to special projects to improve engagement, conversion, and customer support.

Lead Pearl's Enterprise AI product business end-to-end: define vision and GTM, build and scale AI+human offerings, partner with enterprise customers, and run a lean cross-functional team to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

The EVP, Investor Relations & Corporate Development will lead strategic financial initiatives, optimize business models, enhance investor relations and develop a high-performing finance team to drive long-term value creation.
