Drive new enterprise customer acquisition for Jumio by prospecting, managing the sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Build C-level relationships, articulate product value, maintain pipeline in CRM, collaborate with pre-sales and marketing, attend events, and meet revenue and new-logo targets.

Perform inbound and outbound prospecting to identify and qualify sales opportunities for Account Executives. Research target accounts and contacts, respond to leads, document activities in Salesforce, collaborate with sales and marketing to accelerate enterprise deals, recommend process improvements, and represent the Jumio brand professionally.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to support executive decision-making. Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and dashboards; partner with Accounting during close; improve forecasting and reporting processes; ensure data integrity and compliance; and present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Own and run the customer onboarding journey from post-sale through go-live and early adoption. Create implementation plans, remove blockers, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive time-to-value, ensure go-live readiness and handover to Customer Success, and improve onboarding processes.

Own pre-sales technical engagement: consult customers, deliver technical presentations and demos (web, iOS, Android), lead POCs, support RFP/RFI responses, manage onboarding and integrations, and advise sales, product, and engineering teams on implementation and value realization.

Manage and grow Jumio's largest enterprise accounts by developing long-term strategies, driving revenue and retention, identifying expansion opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating value propositions to maximize customer satisfaction and account growth.
