Lead and manage a portfolio of competitive-carrier clients (CLECs, MVNOs, aggregators), provide expert regulatory guidance on FCC and state compliance, grow accounts and business development, supervise and mentor junior staff, and represent the firm at industry events while ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.

Manage preparation, submission, tracking, and approval of telecommunications construction permits across municipalities, DOTs, utilities, and railroads. Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams, handle aerial pole attachments and railroad ROW permits, interpret AldenOne outputs and pole profiles, submit NJUNS applications, maintain permit documentation, and proactively follow up with agencies to align permits with construction schedules.

Prepare, review, and file client tax returns; reconcile ledgers and supporting workpapers; process state and local filings; communicate with clients and agencies; maintain client relationships and handle business renewals and exemption certifications.
