Leads Jetson’s Customer Success organization from closed-won through installation readiness. Owns retention, cancellation reduction, customer confidence, CSAT, referrals, escalation resolution, and customer-side scheduling inputs. Builds scalable service standards, hiring plans, playbooks, and HubSpot workflows. Partners with Sales and Production Coordination to improve handoffs and delivery expectations, while reporting customer experience metrics and root causes to leadership.

Partners with field operations leaders to support hourly employees, ensure Colorado employment-law compliance, and build effective people programs. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, mediation, recruiting and onboarding support, performance management, retention, career development, manager coaching, and people-metrics analysis. The role is based in person in Centennial, Colorado, and focuses on creating scalable HR practices for a fast-growing field workforce.

Manage a high volume of consumer and small-business prospects from qualification through closing. Prepare heat pump quotes, verify heat and electrical loads, explain electrification options and rebates, track sales KPIs, optimize outreach and pipeline strategy, and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets. The role requires strong phone, email, and SMS communication, CRM proficiency, technical curiosity, collaboration, and flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.

Leads Jetson’s smart home hardware portfolio, including heat pumps, water heaters, EV chargers, batteries, smart panels, and connected appliances. Owns product strategy, roadmap, build-versus-buy decisions, pricing, partnerships, NPI, certification, and scaled launches. Builds and manages the hardware product organization while coordinating Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Energy Markets, Sales, Marketing, and Field teams. Defines integrated home energy architecture, interoperability, telemetry, and control interfaces for grid services and whole-home electrification.
