The Backend Software Engineer will develop data ingestion pipelines, implement observability tools, and provide technical support while improving team collaboration.

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will build and manage a B2B pipeline, engage in technical and business discussions with enterprise customers, and partner with sales engineering to ensure customer success. Drive Terraformed enterprise B2B sales on the East Coast by building outbound pipeline, running technical and executive demos, managing POCs and onboarding, forecasting, and partnering with Sales Engineering and Customer Success to close, expand, and renew accounts.

Design, build, and operate Jellyfish's Databricks Lakehouse and data/AI platform. Build ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines; govern data with Unity Catalog; enable BI, agentic analytics, metadata, lineage, and observability. Provide technical leadership, set architecture and standards, mentor peers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to make Databricks the foundation for analytics and AI.

Lead end-to-end Revenue Operations for a high-growth B2B SaaS company: build GTM operating model, own forecasting and analytics, manage GTM systems (Salesforce/CPQ/marketing automation), drive AI automation, enable cross-functional alignment, and deliver executive revenue insights to scale enterprise sales.
