Provides front-desk and administrative support for a Head Start location. Welcomes families and visitors, answers calls, maintains secure building entry, supports English- and Spanish-speaking families, performs data entry, prepares documents, maintains records, coordinates mail and supplies, handles maintenance requests, and assists with meetings and reports. The role is fully on-site, year-round, and requires bilingual communication, organization, customer service, and accurate recordkeeping.
