Build and maintain the product analytics data foundation: design scalable dbt models, define semantic models and governed metrics, partner with Engineering on instrumentation, certify datasets for BI tools, monitor pipelines and data quality, and use AI to accelerate analytics engineering workflows.

Lead product strategy for platform infrastructure, developer enablement, and customer-facing surfaces. Grow and mentor senior PMs, set transparent prioritization, partner with engineering and design, and translate technical complexity into business-ready narratives that secure funding and drive customer outcomes.

Lead and expand the company's BI and analytics capabilities: set data strategy with senior leadership, manage analytics pipeline and BI stack, implement data governance, mentor and grow BI and data engineering teams, partner cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions, and manage vendors and processes for scalability.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Jane's AI-powered platform products, drive pricing and packaging, develop positioning and messaging, run cross-functional launches, translate customer insights into product direction, and represent the company at industry events to drive adoption and revenue.

Own the marketing website strategy and roadmap, align content/design/engineering, run CRO/A-B testing and experimentation, drive SEO/answer-engine presence, analyze analytics and web tagging to improve discovery and conversion, and partner with product marketing and platform teams to deliver a coherent, high-performing web experience.

Lead Booking engineering (five teams) to deliver high-scale scheduling, booking, communications, telehealth, and marketplace systems. Hire and grow engineering leaders, shape technical and AI strategy (agentic workflows, evals), drive high-velocity delivery with quality, partner with Product and Design, and scale the org through new product lines and rising customer demand.

Lead Jane's business systems strategy: consolidate tool inventory, lead procurement, set configuration standards, design integrations and pipelines, partner with execs and Analytics to ensure reliable data flows and scalable, AI-enabled system solutions.
