Company Holidays
The company offers 15 paid company holidays across the course of its
fiscal year. These include the following: New Years Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Day Before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving
Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and days after Christmas up to New Years Day.
Paid Time Off Policy
Paid time off (PTO) is accrued by full-time employees as follows:
Year 1 of employment: 10 business days (approximately 6.67 hours per month)
Year 2-3 of employment: 12 business days (8 hours per month)
Year 4 of employment: 13 business days (8.67 hours per month)
Year 5-7 of employment: 15 business days (10 hours per month)
Year 8 of employment: 16 business days (10.67 hours per month)
Year 9 of employment: 18 business days (12 hours per month)
Year 10+ of employment: 20 business days (13.33 hours per month)

Smarty Pants
We encourage ongoing education of our team members and provide resources for you to keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices. Each team member has a $1000 budget for ongoing education that can be used to attend events, buy books and take classes designed to further your education.
Flexible Schedule
In order to support the varied lifestyles of our team members we offer flexible schedules.
IZEA’s standard business operating schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Flextime schedules may start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and end between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Stay at Home Sick Days
There may be days when you aren’t feeling well and don’t want to bring your germs into the office, at IZEA you have the option to use this day as a ‘work from home’ day. This helps you to GSD and not get anyone else sick.
Matrimony Award
IZEA awards up to 40 hours of paid matrimony leave upon your marriage.
Parental Leave
Up to four weeks of paid maternity leave or two weeks of paid paternity leave based on length of service with the company.

Referral Bonuses
If you refer a new team member to join IZEA, you will be eligible for a $500 bonus if you and the new team member are employed by IZEA on a full-time basis 90 days after the new team member start date.
IZEA Up
The IZEAUp is a monthly meeting of the entire company. All team members participate in the meeting, regardless of their physical location.
IZEA Retreat
Once a year the company gets together for 3 to 4 days of off- site team building, education, vision and recognition.
Fitness Plan
IZEA will reimburse team members for the monthly cost of their fitness program up to a maximum of $180 every six months.
Reading Rainbow
