Coordinates and executes corporate events, trade shows, customer meetings, webinars, and internal programs for the North American market. Manages logistics, vendors, communications, budgets, forecasting, expenses, and conference preparation. Collaborates with sales, business development, international marketing, and cross-functional teams while supporting campaigns, content development, stakeholder engagement, and brand promotion. Travel is required as needed.

Manage customer contracts from award through negotiation, execution, and delivery hand-off. Responsibilities include coordinating agreements and redlines, maintaining repositories and version control, tracking obligations and renewals, identifying risks, supporting billing and revenue processes, preparing status reports, improving workflows, and answering post-handoff contract questions. The role also supports proposals, RFPs, sales initiatives, and CRM tracking, with approximately 15% travel.

Supports business development by analyzing prospect needs, translating finance and billing requirements into UMAX solutions, configuring demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and leading discovery sessions and workshops. Provides finance domain expertise across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payments, and credit management. May also support customer projects through solution reviews and implementation guidance. Travel is required as needed.

Implement UMAX, a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solution, for energy and water utility customers. Translate customer needs into functional specifications, analyze and optimize processes, train users, manage expectations, support workshops and testing, identify project risks, and collaborate with project managers and technical consultants to deliver high-quality implementations.
