Supervises assigned-shift parking facility operations, including employee scheduling, training, customer service, cash controls, safety, security, and incident response. Supports the General Manager with staffing, performance evaluations, revenue accountability, facility standards, and shift transitions. May assist with cashier, driving, dispatch, parking attendant, and light maintenance duties while monitoring the property and responding to customer or safety concerns.
