As a Heart Failure Cardiologist at Intermountain Health, you'll provide specialized care for heart failure patients, manage general cardiology cases, and contribute to program growth.

Manage relationships with ~400 brokers and oversee enrollment and annual renewal for ~2,400 small employer groups (25,000–30,000 members). Serve as liaison between brokers, clients, and underwriting; present proposals, negotiate agreements, resolve issues across benefits, billing, enrollment, and compliance; travel frequently to broker and client sites; support marketing with market trends and product updates.

Provide outpatient neurology care at Wellington Neurology Clinic with a 4x10 schedule and no call. Participate in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and management, collaborate with care teams, complete credentialing, maintain certifications/licenses, and support telemedicine stroke coverage as needed.
