Provide end-user support in a mixed environment of Mac and Windows laptops and desktops for onsite and remote employees.
Monitor and resolve in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies through a helpdesk trouble ticketing system.
Administer, upgrade and troubleshoot system updates, print servers, Antivirus software, Backup software and some Active Directory Administration.
Deliver end-user training on new technology and refreshers on existing technology used in the company.
Image new Laptops and desktops for deployment.
Identify current processes and work to automate and make day to day operations more efficient.
Support all-employee meetings by performing some A/V duties to support presentations.
Install network cabling to workstations and or between riser closets as needed.
Ensure that all MDF’s and IDF’s are kept orderly and clean.
