Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees can contribute up to annual 2019 maximum to their accounts.

Disability Insurance

All eligible employees are provided short and long term disability benefits. Inspirato pays the full cost of the premium. Employees are also provided with the opportunity to buy additional coverage.

Dental Benefits

Inspirato offers Delta Dental with the option of using the Delta Dental PPO or Premier network of providers. You may also see a non network dentist of your choice for out-of-network benefits.

Vision Benefits

Eyemed is our provider and copays for an exam are $5. Frame allowance $180 & $150 for contacts.

Health Insurance Benefits

Auto-Enrollment into Traditional 401(k) account at 6% (unless you opt out). The retirement plan is with Principle Financial.

401(K) Matching

Inspirato will match 50% of your contribution up to 6% of your eligible pay (e.g., 3%) with immediate 100% vesting. This match has a $1,500.00 per employee, per year cap.
