The Senior Oracle Project Manager is responsible for leading medium to large Oracle projects, managing teams, performing risk management, and ensuring project profitability while maintaining client relationships and adhering to governance procedures.

Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll). Handle incidents, requests, changes and problems; liaise with technical and service delivery teams; maintain ITSM records; drive automation and service improvements; analyze recurring issues and create knowledge articles; support presales and transitions; participate in 24x7 shift rotation.

Provide functional support for Oracle EBS and Fusion in Financials, Procurement, and Projects by managing incidents, requests, and changes, while also driving service improvement initiatives and evaluating new technologies.
