Own and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure supporting a financial and hospitality technology platform. Design highly available systems, deployment pipelines, observability, security controls, and infrastructure migrations. Lead incident response, reliability planning, capacity management, and root-cause analysis while participating in on-call rotations. The Account Executive is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing new restaurant partners, maintaining sales pipelines, and ensuring successful partnerships.

Drive new restaurant partner acquisition through full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, and closing to meet quotas. Maintain pipeline, update Salesforce, collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and internal teams to ensure successful launches and partner relationships. Perform in-market activities and up to 25% travel.

Sell inKind services to restaurants in the Chicago market: source, qualify, and close new partners to meet quotas; maintain pipeline; collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and internal teams; manage relationships; and track deals in Salesforce.
