As a company we recognize that not all staff have the same needs so as a result, we’ve developed a program that allows for flexibility. Inflow provides the standard medical, dental, and vision benefits with a solid company contribution which ties to the individuals title in the company. Other more traditional benefits that the company pays for include short and long term disability, Legal and ID Shield membership and life and AD&D insurance coverage. The company offers a Simple IRA retirement plan and contributes 2% of total staff compensation. The company offers 15 days standard vacation and 5 days sick leave benefits and the vacation time off grows with tenure. In addition, the company has Era days off which are earned with tenure and Floating Holidays to allow staff to celebrate holidays important to them. The company also offers a day per year for staff to volunteer and give back and a day a year for civic involvement. The company pays out 40% of its net profit quarterly in profit sharing bonuses. The company offers a creative program referred to a BYOP (Build Your Own Perks). This program offers each staff member an annual bucket of funds to be used on just about anything that benefits them or their family. Some of the fun things staff have used it on includes show tickets, trips, Jeep toper, and even student loan payments. The BYOP starts at $500 and increases with tenure. Inflow offers parental leave up to 6 weeks for a new child for either parent and offers a one-time adoption and fertilization support reimbursement. In addition to the parental time off, Inflow offers new families a $1,000 towards sleep training, meals, diapers, house cleaning, or other costs as approved. Inflow also loves pets and provides financial support for new pets. Lastly, all staff received $2,000 annually for training and conferences.
