Designs, implements, configures, and tunes defensive cyber infrastructure and technologies. Assesses cyber domains, architectures, missions, and threats; advises on defensive cyber operations; researches technology options; documents procedures and architectures; and develops tools using SIEM, network security, threat detection, analytics, and forensic technologies.

Provides operational and administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle, including offer letters, onboarding, background screening, I-9 documentation, employee records, benefits administration, HR data updates, employee inquiries, engagement activities, training compliance, offboarding, audits, and SOP maintenance. The role uses ADP Workforce Now and related systems while maintaining confidentiality and supporting federal contractor compliance.

Design, implement, and maintain DevSecOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, cloud infrastructure, containerized applications, Kubernetes environments, and service mesh platforms. Support cloud migrations, application onboarding, monitoring dashboards, metrics collection, and optimization. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, lead DevSecOps adoption across agile teams, and contribute to defense-focused software projects.
