Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and operate 5-axis CNC machining programs and equipment, primarily using hyperMILL. Produce complex aerospace hardware, manage tool libraries, adjust cutting parameters, design rapid fixturing, improve manufacturability, support automated and unattended machining, and develop on-machine inspection strategies. Collaborate with engineering, machinists, leadership, and operations to improve throughput, resolve bottlenecks, and deliver parts rapidly.

Lead architecture, development, and verification of guidance, navigation, and control systems for spacecraft across flight, test, and simulation. Develop control algorithms, participate in flight software and simulation, generate verification data, mentor engineers, create reusable tools, and resolve technical issues to enable rapid mission realization.

Design and develop propulsion valves and fluid components from concept through product realization. Create CAD models and drawings, perform fluid/thermal/structural analysis, define assembly procedures, support testing and qualification, and resolve technical issues while collaborating with technicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Design, implement, and verify guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems for high-performance space vehicles. Develop algorithms, flight and simulation software, verification data, tools, and resolve technical issues while communicating with and supporting the broader engineering team.

Develop and maintain high-fidelity physics-based simulations of vehicle dynamics, sensors, actuators, and propulsion; integrate simulations into HIL testbeds; validate models with test data; support system analysis, trade studies, verification/validation, and mission rehearsals; contribute to simulation tooling and software workflows.

Design, implement, integrate, and verify real-time flight software for guidance, navigation, control, telemetry, mission sequencing, autonomy, and fault management. Develop deterministic, safety-critical embedded code, support testing, integration, launches, and on-orbit operations.
