Owns SOC 2 audits and penetration testing, coordinates vendors and auditors, improves security and reliability, and coaches teams on validating AI-assisted development. This player-coach role requires hands-on technical contribution and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Full-cycle sales role selling 1:1 virtual literacy tutoring to small-to-mid K-12 districts. Prospect, qualify, demo, propose, and close accounts; build pipeline via outbound and events; use MEDDPICC and AI tools; meet quota; collaborate with Customer Success for handoffs and pilots; escalate enterprise opportunities; travel up to 65-70%.
