Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts/MHE) to load, unload, move, stock, and stage products in a distribution center. Maintain equipment, ensure shipment accuracy, perform inventory tasks, follow safety/OSHA standards, coordinate with other departments, and perform housekeeping and other assigned duties.

Manage team workflow by assigning tasks, coaching staff, monitoring performance, improving processes (5S/CI), setting targets, resolving issues, and reporting to senior management in a warehouse/distribution environment.

Lead design and delivery of SAP, procurement, and expense-management training (instructor-led, virtual, blended). Develop SOPs, job aids, and LMS content; support rollouts and site startups; monitor training effectiveness; provide user support; partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations to improve adoption, compliance, and processes.
