Manages multi-site supply chain operations across warehousing, distribution, packaging, and transportation. Oversees performance, safety, customer relations, continuous improvement, staffing, labor costs, compliance, budgets, and P&L. Develops operational goals, analyzes productivity and quality variances, drives corrective actions and training, monitors performance metrics, and prepares regular reports. The role requires management experience in high-volume 3PL or distribution environments, e-commerce knowledge, and proficiency with WMS and workforce-management tools.

Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, clamp trucks) to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products in a distribution center. Inspect and maintain equipment, ensure inventory accuracy, follow OSHA and safety procedures, assist with shipments and physical inventories, and perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Lead design and implementation of technical, operational, and construction projects for distribution and eCommerce facilities. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines/budgets, support facility expansion and construction, integrate logistics and technology solutions, conduct operational analyses, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering scalable, cost-effective solutions.
