Inspect and maintain equipment, ensure inventory accuracy, follow OSHA and safety procedures, assist with shipments and physical inventories, and perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Lead and support inbound-focused startup launches, recoveries, and stabilizations across the network. Provide hands-on warehouse-floor leadership, coach site teams, drive standardization and continuous improvement, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and use data to identify and implement operational improvements to productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
