Lead Epic architecture for patient access engagements, designing and configuring workflows (Cadence, Prelude, MyChart). Troubleshoot complex configurations, build reusable delivery frameworks, partner with operations and clients, drive telephony/call center integrations, and advise on scope and adoption. Serve as a senior individual contributor and trusted technical authority across clients and internal teams.

Lead integrations between client Epic EHRs and Hummingbird's platform: build and validate ETL pipelines, ingest and model clinical and telephony data for AI use, scope and coordinate onboarding, design reusable frameworks and automation, mentor engineers, and document integration configurations and tradeoffs to accelerate future onboardings.

Configure and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling tools, manage and triage client tickets, translate operational decisions into Epic build, maintain referral and notification workflows, create Epic reports, join client meetings, provide technical guidance, and drive problem resolution across scheduling improvement projects.

Build and maintain long-term pipelines of senior Epic and patient access leaders through proactive sourcing and relationship-building. Engage credibly on Epic architecture and access operations, advise internal leaders on hiring timing, track and share pipeline activity, and contribute to talent strategy while operating independently.

Lead and grow the Platform Engineering team, define architectural standards for pipelines, integrations, and an AI platform, drive CI/CD and IaC adoption, embed AI-native development practices, manage delivery cadence and tradeoffs, run high-velocity strike teams, coach engineers, and contribute hands-on to internal tooling and infrastructure.
