Manages post-sale customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and value realization. Develops success plans, monitors customer health metrics, conducts business reviews, resolves challenges cross-functionally, and advocates for customer needs. Uses CRM and customer success platforms to analyze usage data, identify risks and growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

The Account Executive will manage qualified inbound leads, drive full-cycle sales, conduct product demos, and develop proposals for SaaS solutions in EHS and compliance industries. They will also expand opportunities and maintain account activity using Salesforce.

Serve as primary contact for LMS administrators and users: troubleshoot issues, manage support cases, train customers, administer LMS functionality, escalate technical problems, document interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
