The Senior Spatial Designer will create immersive brand experiences for various industries, collaborating with teams to develop innovative designs and manage project execution.

The role involves creating innovative designs for various brands, collaborating with teams, and developing original concepts while adhering to brand guidelines.

Design brand experiences for retail pop-ups, activations, and workplaces. Develop mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, material palettes, environmental graphics, and scenic elements. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, present to clients, incorporate feedback, and perform occasional site visits (1-3x/year).

Develop and refine brand-aligned design directions, apply conceptual thinking and meticulous craft, adapt to varied visual styles, and contribute new ideas and multidisciplinary outputs (illustration, animation, spatial work).

Lead creative direction across brand, digital, spatial, and interactive projects. Manage small design teams, maintain aesthetic quality, present to clients, and apply emerging tech (including generative AI) to produce inventive, on‑brief work under tight deadlines.
