Lead MEP preconstruction: estimating, design management, procurement, and bid analysis. Coordinate with vendors, engineers, clients, and subcontractors; develop scopes of work, train preconstruction engineers, produce project deliverables, respond to RFPs, and represent Holder at design and coordination meetings.

Lead MEP preconstruction activities including estimating, design coordination, subcontractor procurement, bid analysis, scope development, and training preconstruction engineers. Serve as client and vendor liaison and represent the firm in RFP responses and meetings.

Perform preconstruction duties including reading design documents, preparing cost estimates and quantity surveys, managing cost/design issues, coordinating trades with BIM exposure, and overseeing project purchasing and contracting.

Review construction design documents; perform cost estimates and quantity surveys; manage cost and design issues across phases; coordinate trades and BIM processes; oversee purchasing, proposal evaluation, trade negotiations, and contracting to support projects.

Lead BIM/VDC modeling and coordination for commercial construction projects. Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, ensure modeling accuracy and compliance with contract documents, apply company VDC standards, run coordination meetings, track stakeholder responsibilities, conduct quality reviews, and train/develop team members to deliver VDC services.
