Coordinate with vendors, engineers, clients, and subcontractors; develop scopes of work, train preconstruction engineers, produce project deliverables, respond to RFPs, and represent Holder at design and coordination meetings.

Lead BIM/VDC modeling and coordination for commercial construction projects. Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, ensure modeling accuracy and compliance with contract documents, apply company VDC standards, run coordination meetings, track stakeholder responsibilities, conduct quality reviews, and train/develop team members to deliver VDC services.
