Provides primary onsite IT support for a facility, troubleshooting computers, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, VPN, MFA, and basic networking. Handles equipment deployment, asset inventory, employee onboarding and offboarding, incident management, endpoint management, patching, security remediation, documentation, vendor coordination, and critical-incident support. Collaborates with distributed IT teams and supports broader technology deployments and projects.

Develops and delivers manufacturing training programs covering equipment operation, safety, quality, and production processes. Evaluates training effectiveness, maintains compliance records, supports onboarding and cross-training, updates SOPs, and monitors training metrics. Partners with production leadership, HR, and safety teams to address skill gaps, drive continuous improvement, and promote accountability, cultural change, and a safe learning environment.
